Stateland brings American Dream to 2014 Brokers’ Conference: Proposed projects and developments unveiled
Tuesday, January 21, 2014Stateland, Inc. recently kicked off the year 2014 by holding its annual Brokers’ Conference held at the Golden Bay Restaurant along Macapagal Boulevard in Pasay City last January 14, 2014.
Inspired by the famous national ethos of the United States, this year’s theme of the Brokers’ Conference, the “American Dream” centres on the idea that one’s hard work would eventually lead to a happy and successful life, thus the idea of persevering to attain one’s personal goal and that also of the company. The theme insinuates the idea of living the dream in order to reach the peak of success. This year’s conference also showcases the business partners’ incentives for the year 2014. Presented by First Assistant Vice President for Sales and Marketing Mr. Regan Uy and Sales Division Head Ms. Hazel Layag, various promos and incentives were announced during the event, including which is a one-week Trip for two to USA, among other out of the country trips.
“We will try our best to continue quality land development and the housing components of our projects. We shall endeavour to be more competitive in our commission structures and incentives”, Stateland, Inc. President Reynaldo T. Cometa remarked during his welcoming speech. Mr. Cometa also announced the different projects lined up for the year 2014. He revealed the construction and development of the Washington Place Phase 3, Stateland Inc.’s flagship project in Dasmarinas, Cavite. Additional 338 units will be built out of the 1, 600 units total for the Washington Place, excluding the commercial space. The company is also venturing in developing a mall in the middle of the commercial centre of Washington Place and Gran Seville in Cabuyao, Laguna. Mr. Cometa then added the plan of the company to launch two new projects in the third and last quarter of the year. PD 957 town homes located in Batangas is slated to be launched in the 3rd quarter of this year, while the 32-hectare mixed PD 957 and BP 220 development is planned to be launched in the last quarter of the year. “The happier we are, the more we are winners”, Cometa added, ending his speech with motivating words to the business partners.

More surprises came as various business partners showcased their talents in Boogie, ChaCha and Modern HipHop dance competitions. Names were also drawn to win raffle prizes which include a 40” Samsung LED TV, refrigerator, washing machines, among a hundred of major and minor prizes. The night also witnessed the awarding of the Female and Male Star of the Night, dressed in their most dazzling American outfits. Another highlight of the event is the awarding of the winners of last year’s promos and incentives. RCD Realty and CM Cervida Realty won the trip for two packages to Phuket, Thailand.
Attended by more than 600 business partners, the 2014 American Dream Brokers’ Conference signals yet another abundant year for everyone including the Real Estate industry of the country. Last year, Stateland, Inc.’s Brokers’ Conference with the theme “All Summer Long” was also held at the Golden Bay Restaurant.
